Privacy and cookie policy
This page explains how hmb.bumba.tr handles personal data. In short: we don't use cookies, we count visits with a counter that doesn't identify you, and we only get your email address if you join the mailing list and give your consent.

Visit statistics
To see how often the site and its pages are visited, we use Umami running on our own server (istatistik.bumba.tr). Umami doesn't use cookies, doesn't store your IP address and doesn't identify you; it keeps aggregate information such as the page visited, the referring site, browser and device type, and country.
We also count these actions: joining the mailing list, site search (only the number of results, not what you searched for), and changing language or theme. No email address or other personal information goes into these counts.
Mailing list
If you join the list with the form in the footer, your email address is processed by Bumba Group's shared mailing list service, only for this site's list. The details and your rights are in the shared privacy notice: https://bumbagroup.com/liste/aydinlatma?dil=en. Sign-up uses double opt-in, and every email has a link to unsubscribe.
Cookies and browser storage
This site doesn't use cookies. Your chosen theme (light or dark) and language are stored only in your browser (localStorage) so they're remembered next time; they're never sent to our server. You can clear them in your browser settings.
Server logs
The server hosting the site keeps a technical record of each request (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser information). These records are used only to keep the site secure and to fix errors.
Content loaded from bumbagroup.com
The Bumba Games badge in the footer and the mailing list's privacy notice are loaded from bumbagroup.com, which belongs to the same data controller.
The game
Hold My Bolt! is in development and does not collect any data from players. If that changes, this page will be updated first.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK (Turkey's personal data protection law) you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to object. Send requests to bilgi@bumbagroup.com.
